Now, imagine that instead of getting 1 congressman per districtit, so you only vote for the candidates in your district, you get a ballot with 20+ candidate names, which only the first two candidates names in the list are displayed with photo and big letters, but the number of congressment that get in is proporcional to the numer of votes ( 2/3rds for the winner and 1/3rd for the first minority). What happens is that even if you voted for your favorite party, there will be 10+ congressmen getting into congress that you do not know, you have no idea what their ideology is, and that you do not really voted for. Such scheme is called a "bed-sheet ballot".
