Simply put: If some of your shops become unviable because you are having to pay equal pay to male & female employees, then previously they were kept open earning profits that were directly attributable to gender exploitation....
Next has revealed itself to be dealing in sexism on an institutional level..... This isn't economics, its prejudice!
