In particular, the risks page I have linked to has up-to-date risks per 1000 of the female population with and without HRT (links to pdfs, tables 1 & 2) and a comparison with other lifestyle risks. The last one is the one I find most useful, because it puts it in context. So combined HRT is similar in additional risk to using contraceptive pills, smoking, drinking moderately. The risk is absolutely dwarved by the additional risk due to being overweight, and your risk overall can be dramatically cut by regular exercise. So my personal assessment is "Keep taking the HRT, work on losing a bit more weight, keep exercising."
