A bit more complete now. The two MCUs function independently; technically, if you had a mind to, you could wire the two RS-232 ports on the back together and just use it as a BBS box that can't save anything.
I removed the signals other than RTS, CTS, RX, and TX from the modem port, so that the same driver chip can have status LEDs for the same four lines for the terminal as well. I think I'll add a ninth LED that's always on, for power indication.
