this has been dubbed "the Tyson Zone" - when a famous person hits the point where there's no story so crazy you'd dismiss it out of hand. You might not believe it either, but you can't rule it out. Charlie Sheen is a classic Tyson Zone guy. Kanye has crossed into the Zone a few times. But this Kennedy dingbat brings a real lunatic patrician panache to it.
