你做了github copilot这么牛逼的产品，也要按照公司的制度来，先给你发今年的bonus，然后明年给你快速promotion，然后再给你发明年的bonus和股票，
哪个傻逼的大公司，会因为你做一个牛逼的产品，随手给你发一个巨大的bonus，不按照performance bonus规定的比例，直接随手发一个10倍的一大笔钱？
如果你做了一个牛逼的产品，就要一笔大bonus，那么公司的level和process都成了废纸，都进了垃圾堆，明年人人都说自己产品牛逼，自己贡献牛逼，人人都要大bonus了？
如果你觉得自己能改变世界，正确的方法有三种：
1. 先搞资源，拉团队，定目标，取得内部的资源，然后把这个project给直接领导起来，等逐步promotion；
2. 如果能单打独斗做出MVP，自己出去单干，做出MVP出来后，就直接找个COO/CFO帮自己融资，赌一赌这个产品能不能爆火，一旦爆火了，有人投资，自己就身价8位数刀了；
3. 先把东西做出来，然后跟其他公司去面试，再跟自己HR谈，不断bid自己的package。
任何一个人，企图在一个制度庞大、行政臃肿的公司，用单打独斗的方式搞创新搞革命，搞完了还觉得应该当年给我发顶格performance bonus，上上下下规则随便改，为自己开绿灯，这是一种很幼稚的想法。
能做出github copilot的员工，大概率不会不懂这个道理，至于前因后果如何被reddit添油加醋变成这样，我完全不理解。 nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
