Imagine all the clocks in your house showing different times—it would feel so chaotic and disorienting.

But when we start tuning in to natural light cycles, things begin to feel more aligned, and that sense of calm just sort of settles in. It’s amazing how much lighter life can feel when everything is in harmony.
